Today, as my husband 'Qadha" his previous year fasting (because needed to eat pills), :) ...... I've decided to cook an old recipe from my childhood............ I'm not actually sure if this recipe was created by whom, all I can remember is we (me and my beloved family) always have this either for lunch or dinner. so, all we need is Pucuk Manis, or we just call it 'Sayur Manis'. and then, we should have fried fish, best using 'Basung' aka Sardine (but I don't think Basung and Sardine is the same kind of fish). also, we'll need 'Santan' aka coconut milk. then, cooking is the simple part. with red onion and garlic, a lil ginger and tumeric (optional). cook as usual and put all the ingredient together. YES also the fried fish. thats why it different and delicious :)............
